Clients have the right to request Account Closure and/or the deletion of their personal data. However, the Company must retain certain data to meet regulatory requirements. Below are the steps for initiating the request:

  • Upon receipt and verification, the Company will close your profile. If you request to delete your data, the Company will mark your data for deletion after the mandatory five (5)-year retention period.

Note: During this retention period, your data will be securely stored and will not be processed for any purposes other than those required by law.

In accordance with AML/KYC policies:

  • All client accounts are subject to strict identity verification procedures.
